I ordered an OLA S1 and made full payment and uploaded all the required documents on the same day. The expected delivery date was mentioned as Feb-11-2023. Order ID: OET-499471301310123-BSI307
Feb-08-2023:
Got a message saying that the vehicle has left the factory and it will reach the nearest distribution center soon.
Vehicle insurance purchased with Acko
Feb-09-2023:
Got the E-Vahan otp for mobile number verification for initiating the registration process
Feb-10-2023:
Got the message for the fee receipt for the registration appointment booking
Feb-28-2023:
Got the message with the vehicle registration number
It took 18 days to get the vehicle registered, though I can accept this delay I need to know why/where it got delayed (what is your process)
In between:
Raised several tickets/chat/call with the support team and no one provided the exact status of the vehicle
They asked to check with the delivery location selected – there is no contact number provided or available online
Mar-20-2023:
Visited the OLA Experience Centre – Guindy, Chennai and found that the vehicle was there and it had arrived 2 days back.
I asked why the customer was not informed about the availability of the vehicle and they said they did not have the customer contact information and they had requested it with their team.
I need to know why it took 20 days to reach the delivery centre from the date of registration of the vehicle and why there was no communication to the customer about the status of the vehicle.
Even after all this, when I want to take the vehicle home, there was battery drainage problem.I donot want this vehicle.
