I have the subscription of prayas 2.0 dropper jee batch. I am taking classes since 17 September 2022 but since the day of batch purchase, whenever l click any of the recorded lectures, The video is not playing and always shows buffering and I am unable and take my classes. I have reported and emailed several times till now but there is no response. Please help asap and get my batch started because l have missed so many lectures already.
