I came across this promotion on social media about a sale on headfones. Im attaching pictures of what i had ordered from the website. You can also look at the link to see the product and the info on the product. https://bass-guru.com/products/buy-set-of-wireless-combo. once ordered i recd an sms from +91 5616940 confirming my order and that it will be shipped. This was on tuesday 23/6/20. I recd the good on Saturday 27/6/20.
On opening the courier package is when i got the shock of my life.
I had ordered JBL headfones and earbuds..Combo..what came has just taken me by surprise. Please help me get my product or my refund. These guys should really be taken to task. If this is the e commerce state of affairs in our country how will we ever move towards becoming a modern nation.
