My outgoing calls were barred on 14/09/21, of all 4 sims, on pretext of bill not paid.
When I contacted customer care, they checked and understood that I have already paid the bill amount on 30/08/21, they checked and confirmed the receipt and restored my services.
But I kept getting SMSs that my bill amount is overdue. I contacted the customer care again 16/09/21, wherein they promised that they will solve their internal technical glitch and my services would not be affected.
But today, ie. 17/09/21, my outgoing calls have barred again since 7am. Even after following for last 4 hours, through multiple calls, nothing has been done by Airtel to restore my services.
