Text of Complaint by abhinav billa:

This is my final written communication before legal escalation.

Despite previously agreeing in writing (email + WhatsApp) to an EMI-based repayment plan starting from 1 August 2025, your representatives are now sending coercive emails, demanding lump-sum payments, which:

Completely contradicts your earlier offer,

Ignore my ₹10,000 payment already made (proof attached),

Violate RBI norms on loan restructuring, and

Constitute mental harassment under the Consumer Protection Act.

⚠️ Key Legal & Ethical Violations
EMI Agreement Ignored:
You clearly communicated that I would be given an EMI option upon part payment. I made that payment. You are now violating your own offer.

Coercive Practices:
Repeated emails with a “Pay Now in Full” tone without confirming the EMI structure violate:

RBI Circular DOR.No.BP.BC/4/21.04.048/2020-21 (mandates formal restructuring terms),

RBI Fair Practices Code,

Consumer Protection Act 2019 – Section 2(47) (unfair trade practices).

Mental Harassment:
Multiple emails from different IDs and individuals today alone, pressuring me to “settle in lump sum,” without acknowledging earlier commitments, is unethical and illegal.

✅ My Conditions to Proceed
I will only resume payments if the following is provided in writing:

✅ EMI structure with dates and amounts as promised,

✅ Written acknowledgment of the ₹10,000 already paid in June,

✅ Assurances of:

❌ No additional penalties or charges,

✅ NOC issuance within 1 hour of final EMI,

✅ CIBIL status as “Closed – Paid in Full.”

🚨 Final Escalation Notice
If you fail to comply within 72 hours, I will:

File a formal RBI Ombudsman complaint with attached proof,

Initiate a Consumer Court petition for deceptive and coercive behavior,

Lodge a police + cybercrime complaint for blackmail, harassment, and data misuse.

You are hereby notified that any further pressure tactics or false claims will be treated as legal violations and acted upon swiftly.
