Text of Complaint by Sajna U A:

I have deposited Rs 5000 in Bharat option using Gpay on February 17-2023 at 2:34 pm. The amount got debited from my bank account but not credited to my app wallet. I have been trying to get in touch with the bharat option customer service but the replies I got is from bot which is not satisfactory. It has been more than one month still not credited to app wallet not even refunded. Till March 4 the bharat option transaction history was processing after that its status turned out to failed. From March 09 whenever I get in touch they either said please tell your problem or deposit under process from bank side. It has been 31 days.. i didn’t get my money back. And today ( March 21 -2023 @ 2:38 am & 2:49 am I tried to deposit Rs. 5000 & Rs 3000 .but facing the same issue . Totally I have lost a sum of Rs 13000. I need a refund..plss help me through this
