Dear Citibank Team
I am Aditya Shaw and I trying to recharge my
Phone sim card using paytm and transaction is processed by your payment gateway and my money is deducted but my recharge don’t happen.
So please check my amount and refund my money
I am attaching the screenshot for your reference
