recovery agents have repeatedly been calling me and our neighbor at odd hours of the day and night and using abusive language to demand payment. I find this behavior completely unacceptable and infringes on my right to privacy.
I request you take immediate action to ensure that recovery agents stop harassing me and and my neighbor follow the appropriate procedures for debt recovery.

they give me 7 days time for refund but now total 20 days and i did not get any refund and now no one pick my call
