On 1th Oct’18 I made an order through paytm mall to purchase a IFB front load washing machine and the listed price was Rs.33,900.00 and the cash back offer was Rs.6780.00 & ICICI debit or Credit card offer was 10% (Maximum Rs.2500 only). The minimum order value will be Rs.3000.00. Amount Rs. 33595.00 paid by using ICICI debit card & Rs. 305.00 which was paytm wallet balance was deducted automatically from my paytm account. After delivering the product on 17th Oct’18, cash back offer of Rs.6780.00 was credited in to my paytm wallet. But ICICI debit card offer of 10% is still pending. I contacted paytm customer care, they replied as “your not eligible, because your payment made by hybrid transaction”. No where this word mentioned in that offer conditions at that time of purchase. Suppose if i paid the amount by using ICICI card which is less than the minimum cart value of Rs.3000.00 then they can denied this offer.
