I ordered a JBL Partybox 310 Portable Bluetooth Party Speaker on 2nd October 2025.
Even after 9 days, the product was not delivered.
Due to the delay, I requested a refund on 11th October 2025.
Till today, I have not received any refund.
When I contacted the platform’s phone support, I was informed that the refund would be issued in three installments, each 10 days apart.
As per their assurance, the first installment was supposed to be credited on 2nd November 2025, but no refund has been received.
