Sir.My mobile no.9442281380.My AC balance is Rs.105 but service not available.when contacted customer service I come to know that service will be restored only if recharged for Rs.200. Therefore please refund my money Rs.105. I will recharge whenever I wish to recharge for Rs.200.I want either refund of Rs.105 or otherwise service for Rs.105
