I have Recharge of Rs.509/- on my mobile number , from that day my mobile balance deducted for various services activation which is activated automatically from vodafone. I have continuously follow up them from day and getting refund my deducted but call is not forward customer care.
I want to logged a complaint against vodafone but dont know where to file, because of vodafone I am facing lot of metantally and financially harassment.
I request you to look into this matter and take necessary action against vodafone.
