In the morning at 10:03, My phone was ringing when I received the call, I heard a computer voice so I simply disconnected the call, I received a notification that your balance got deducted.
when I called to customer support regarding this one of their executive’s behaviour was so rude,and he told me that you have responded on the marketing call so that your balance has been deducted, when I asked how can you be so sure that i have responded to call, have u any proof? He said in my system we captured every details and he started telling my phone model handset no etc, then I asked him to transfer my call to his senior. He said, ok sure, I’m transferring your call and he just put my call on hold for 15-20 minutes just to harrasse me and to waste my time. After 15-20 Minutes His senior was on call named vandana pandey. She explained me everything and she was also saying the same thing that because you have give response to call by clicking on dialpad no. that’s why your balance has got deducted.
I haven’t press any key and this was the 4th to 5th time they deducted my balance. I have been so harassed because of their customer care executive Md Mehndi.
I wanted to raise a complain that they are scamming people. An investigation team must me investigate them How much revenue they have generate by these type of fake deduction.
