Vodafone idea limited deduct amount from my balance for no reason. The message I got is, “Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Bcafe Portal,
You have been charged Rs. 15
Your balance is Rs. 23.03”
I never access becafe portal. How can they charged me for this?
