THIS IS VIGNESH VODAFONE USER FOR ABOUT MORE THAN A YEAR WITH THE NUMBER 8428734430. RECENTLY ON 23RD SEPTEMBER AN AMOUNT OF RS.30 DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE STATING THE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES FOR THE UNWANTED PACKS WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION AND I ACTUALLY DID NOT SUBSCRIBED THAT AND SUCH A DAMN PACKS ARE REALLY NOT USABLE. WHILE REQUESTED FOR THE CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS MR. SRINIVASAN & MS. BHUVANESHWARI THEIR RESPONSE IS NOT IN A PROPER WAY AND STRICTLY TOLD THAT THEY CAN NOT REFUND THE MONEY. WHY THE VODAFONE DEDUCTED MY BALANCE AND NEED THE REFUND BY TODAY. VODAFONE’S REPRESENTATIVE IN ANGER TOLD THAT THIS IS HOW WE ARE SENDING THE UNWANTED SMS AND CHARGING THE MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. EVEN MY FRIEND’S AMOUNT ALSO DEDUCTED IN SUCH MANNER IN THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME.  FOR BEING A LONG TERM CUSTOMER VERY MUCH UNSATISFIED WITH THESE KIND OF ACTIVITIES AND THINKING OF CHANGING NETWORK. AND THE CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS REPLY INCREASED MY TEMPER TOTALLY WORRIED ABOUT THE SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES MS. BHUVANESHWARI, MR. SRINIVASAN’S RESPONSE IS MORE UNLIKELY TO HAVE AGAIN. HOPE TO HAVE THE SOLUTION IN FAVOUR
