On the night of 25th December at around 3 a.m. I have been deducted rupees 35.28 from main balance on account of data use by me even when I had 1GB data available in my account (I have a screenshot of the same)
I talked to customer care on the same day and one customer representative told me that it was a technical issue and promised me to refund my deducted balance ( I have a call recording of same).
But after 6 days, today, on 31st December when I called the customer care to refund the balance as promised, they denied and told me that they can’t refund data deductions.
So I want to file a complaint against Vodafone to unnecessarily deduct the balance and denying to refund even when the customer representative had promised to refund. This is not the type of service that customers are expecting from the reputed telecom company like Vodafone Idea.
