My balance was deduted suddenly and airtel gives reasons like, its for to extend outgoing calls validity.
They can’t cut my balance without my permission.They didn’t gives any intimations also.They can’t stop the outgoing service if they have certain rules but they don’t have permission to cut out balance without our permission.
