Hi there ,
i have been with vodafone since 2010, but today i felt the worst experience. First i got a message from vodafone that i am charged with 99 Rs, for roaming if i am not in roaming . Due to this my balance goes negative , i was not able to make calls , sms even i have unlimited plans . Then at last i recharged my number with 100 Rs. After that i got another message from vodafone that your 99 rs. are refunded . It’s okay .
But in the evening I am again charged with 50 rs. without any reason . I called up customer care at 199 . Your one of the operators took me on hold for about 40 minutes , can you imagine this scenario. they have no value of time and customer preference. at last i have to disconnect that call . I again called up another operator , she told me that we could not do anything for you . She also talked rudely . i told her to file a complaint against vodafone, she replied yes sir do complain , but we will not refund the amount deducted .
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible .
