On my Vi sim a message received saying —
Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Bcafe Portal,
You have been charged Rs. 15
Your balance is Rs. 16.32
And another one
Hello!
Thank you for using ppu_game,
You have been charged Rs. 5
Your balance is Rs. 19.5
And another one
Hello!
Thank you for using contentDesc,
You have been charged Rs. 7
Your balance is Rs. 24.5
But i haven’t used or choose any of the service but Vodfone idea (Vi) deducted balance from my account without my confirmation and said i used these services… This happened three times . I want to file complaint againt Vodafone .
