Hello,
This is an escalation towards your customer executive . As i am facing trouble with your operator from last month. There are certain deduction from my balance and when i tried to reach to your executive they were not ready to listen and forcefully disconnect the call, which i let go And also today there was a deduction which i again ignored and now when i tried to recharge with my sim balance. My balance was deducted from main account but the recharge has not been processed yet. So, i tried calling to your customer care , none of them is receiving the call i called them about 5 to 6 times but still no one is receiving. Now i need each and every information regarding my account.
