- sir/madam, this is to inform you that I am a Vodafone user since a long ago and it has been many times that balance has deducted from my account before also but this time I am really disappointed from the behaviour of Vodafone service. From last three months there is a balance deduction of rs 47 and 47 and rs 49 has been done and no waiver has been given to me.
Also the same problem is occurring with my another Vodafone number. Please look into the matter and provide me my balance back as soon as possible.
