Last night I got a message from company that I have purchase a game from telesync solution and they deduct my balance of 10 rupees bt we done do any action so how the cut my balance when I call vodafone customer they refused my refund request plz help because we don’t do anything for balance deduction it’s all company mistake so why we pay for it
