Dear sir/madam,
Am shanmugam my mother name c.jayanthi ..my mother using vodafone sim card..mobile number(7639825508) last month some value added sercice activated automatically without my mother confirmation..some amount debited..last week i deactivate the value added service…and then again today morning My dad put reachrge for this number that amount also debited from my mother mobile sim card ..I dont know..so i called to vodafone customer care 198…one advicer spoke with me..she told again callertune service..i clearly remember i deactivated the callertune..Am asking refund But she told its not possible..She Didnt answer properly..am totally unsatisfied..so kindly take my complaint resolve the problem..
