Aurtel deducted my balance of Rs. 20 twottimes, i.e. Total Rs 40.

I had talked on 198 customer complaint number, they said i had purchase a valve pack. But it is totally wrong statement. I had never purchased such types of pack from Aritel.
I want my money back.
