As per my balance account of Vodafone Number 8238713462. I had recharged yesterday(3-12-2018) of RS.35. I got balance of 26 rupees in it. But today morning i got message of deduction of RS.21 for Vodafone Games service.
I call customer care regarding this complain but they (Irfan) reply server is busy and cut call,said i will transfer to my superior and also cut the call also told it happen from third party(Vodafone Games) service as per SMS. Again i call customer care than it is not connected to executive for complain.So how Vodafone Games is third party service and why they deducted balance and not provide proper reply for it.
I also activated DND service so why i received SMS and calls for Value added Service.
This is VAA also not visible in My Vodafone Application.
