Dear Sir/Mam
I make a payment of Rs 1000 on 6 November through Internet banking but payment not done yet Balance Deducted from my SBI account.
You can see two time deduction in attachment file.
I try it again so it was successful done and Rs 1000 deducted.
Now I request you to find and resolve the problem as soon as possible and refund my amount of Rs 1000.
I shall be highly obliged to you.
