I recharged the prepaid number 9967107780 online 20 July 2020 with Rs 500/ talktime with unlimited validity, however it was disconnected within two days. On repeated questioning first I was told that there is no recharge of Rs 500 for prepaid numbers, by their local vendor and the amount will get refunded automatically within 10 days. Then on complaining to their call centre 121 again after 10 days first I was told that wait for few more days and then later they told me that my complete amount was used by two calls costing Rs 12.55 and rest with data usage, where as my recharge was only for talktime and I had not used any data. On repeated emails and complaints they have credited Rs 468/ in my account but with condition that I have to again keep recharging with Rs 45 every month.
Their website clearly states recharge of Rs 500 will get Rs 480 talktime with unlimited validity. Their local vendor as well as their call centre and their call centre deny any such recharge and force you to buy recharge combo with data. Though they first activated my number but deactivated it within two days. They have then credited my balance amount with condition which is incorrect.
