Sir/Madam,
I am forced to write this complaint to you as Im under constant harassment from the recovery agent. Due to COVID I had to change 3 jobs and was going through financial difficulties and there were considerable delays in paying my credit card bills. I had a balance of about 1lakh on my Bajaj RBL credit card. Last week I paid 55000 within a period on 5 days. The recovery agent is saying that I need to pay the remaining 45000 in the next 2 hours failing which he will access my call records and call my contacts to get the money from them. This is a severe mental harassment for me. I have been reachable to them and in regular contact. Do they have the right to call and take money from my colleagues/friends and relatives?
This is unheard of. My family is under tremendous pressure. Request you yo do something to stop this at the earliest. Pls take this up on priority.
