I have taken a flexi loan from bajaj finserve. As an emi INR 146 was due. However, the account was not in use and hence, the emi got bounced. I paid the due emi 146 immediately. Bajaj had levied a bounce charge of 1236 on this 146 due emi. I approached their customer care email and phone no, even the grievanceredressalteam@bajajfinserv.in was emailed.
I feel like cheated and this i believe should be treated as an extortion and not a banking service and therefore, I approach the law of this land to curb such practice of levying exorbitant fees.
