Text of Complaint by Syed Hameed Fazil N:

On 4th Feb2023 myself and my travelled from Chennai to Pune and indigo airlines was our service provider. Our baggage was mid handled and then damaged completely. We raised PIR and denied the coupon or voucher offered by airline as our bag was more valuable. Then indigo promised to pay compensation of 2800 INR on feb month but it was not yet paid after multiple follow up each time they are just giving false commitment. So we are mentally affected also it was a chargeable call I spend more on call to speak with them. I need Justice and right compensation.
