I travelled from Chennai to Pune on 3rd Feb with PNR KSVZWQ. In Pube airport I received baggage in completely damage condition. For which I raised PIR report in airport. For that indigo committed to refund 2800k but from feb to till date 14yh Jun 23 I’m still struggling to get refund also while contacting customer care they are giving false commitment like this week Thursday refund will
