Why have you decided to have FULL BLAST Audio on switching on initially ? I put on the tv late at night when the rest of the family is asleep, so all your design /programmer/coders are single living on their own with no families ?Secondly, why are all the important buttons on the remote same size too near each other ? and finally , why the channels no. shown on the screen SO SMALL ? Are you saving space, to save cost ??? Your remote operations is probably the worst design and thought off and that too from Super co. like Tata ? Your some 16 million clients have not complained before ? or you have simply ignored them ? Please send me a reply and do something, as after 20 years I switched from DISH TV because their service was bad …. Your service is good , the picture better, clearer, and more news channels all positive points BUT the remote hmmmmmm . Hope for some improvements soon.
