Good Day Sir
Please note i am using vodaphone sim card my phn no is 7407711719, i complaint in vodaphone customer care regarding network issues from last 2 month but they are not resolving my problem.
Also they used to tell me they will resolved in next 3 days keep patience. But 2 month already passed, nothing happened.
On 25 june 2019 i call to customer care, they told me they will definitely resolved in next 3 days other wise i can do whaterver i want, i told him i need my mony back.
Today i.e on 30 june 2019 again i called to customer care for my problem still not resolved, they transferd my call to senior executives manager, but he told me there is no guarantee for human being,
how they can give guarantee that my network will work. How stupid answer. I want to take a strict action against senior executives manager.
And resolved my problem soon.
