MAIL SENT TO DR BATRA
I am Bharat from Delhi and getting treatment of my wife hair fall problem from Dr Batra’s Homeopathic Janak puri branch. Treatment was started from December 2017 and the entire fees was taken from me. I was made more than 100% ensured that the hair fall problem will be cured but sorry to say that after taking treatment from Dr Batra the condition has become more worse than before. Problem was discussed with the concerned doctor and as usual the dose was changed.
This is very much disappointing to see that renowned Dr Batra Homeopathetic clinic is making fool of people by taking the entire fees i.e HARD EARNED MONEY in advance and does whatever they want to do. Last month when I asked the concerned person at your Janak Puri clinic that I want to give feedback regarding the treatment I was refused mentioning reason system is not working.
Request you to kindly look into this and also ask your people to stop fooling people. For your information today is 6th June 2018 and till now no one has contacted me for this month appointment this is the kind of service I am getting.
