Text of Complaint by Praveen Kumar:

We are holding 3 numbers in our home for self and family.
past 6 months there is no proper signal and we have to go out and talk of send messages.
though the data is drained out every day, its not being used by us but just had to wait for anything to process. customer support calls are very bad and useless. none of staff have deputed any guy to check and give us solution. our pin code is 500010, doveton, secunderabad,ALwal.
I have lodged a complaint with airtel on 07.10.2021 with Ref no.CAGPS3BLR20211007715050.
No response on this till date.
