Dear Sir/Mam,
I am taking New Hair treatment from Dr.Batra Vaishali branch.Today 27th Aug22 i visited to clinic for my Hair treatment therapy and Dr.Appointment.There is so much mismanagement for appointment .I waited for 3.5 hrs there and then Receptionist told me that there are lot of patients so you just take medicine and go to home and come durnings weekdays.It is not possible for me to come to clinic in weekdays as i am a working women.That is why i prefer to take appointment on weekends.For 5 pm there were 4 appointments and she does not wanted me to meet doctor and she wanted to give preference to new patients (Those who visited for the first time).This is not the correct way.If i got an appointment for 3:30 pm i should have got preference.I requested the receptionist at least let me meet the doctor and let me compare my first and last pics. Ultimately receptionist met with doctor and they discussed something then receptionist said doctor is going to see other new patients and you can meet theRapper and he will show you pics.I wanted to meet doctor also as i am having hairfall.Now conclusion is as Dr.Batra has already taken full amount from an old patient so that patient is useless however new patient is more important because they want to make more money from them.Also why receptionist was telling me go back home without meeting doctor,who is she to decide.This is totally unfair and now i want to change my branch.Please provide a call back .My 10 Therapy sessions are over and my medicines for 4-5 months are left.I do not want to continue my treatment in vaishali branch.Please provide your support.
