Text of Complaint by Veenu Chhabra:

Our Jio fiber is not working for the past 7 days First of all the installer didn’t respond to calling and then when we applied for service using the toll-free no the engineer visited and didn’t clears the issue and kept the problem delayed for the past 5 days we are college students having our placement seasons right now and this practice of the operator and service people of not resolving the issue and having a policy that if the connection now cancelled we have to pay for the 7 days and the taxes of the whole subscription is not fare and want compensation for the mental harassment caused due to company internal problems and lack of services.
and even after calling several times to the installer services are not provided by the company service providers.
