Text of Complaint by Reena Tomar:

I am a Tata sky subscriber with my ID 1137107957 and registered mobile number as 9760373934. I lodged a complaint with Ticket number 165111 generated on 14 March 2021 regarding malfunctioning of TATA sky. Earlier also, I lodged three complaints on 12 March and 13 March 2021. My connection has not been working since 12 March 2021.  After calling numerous times at the Customer care center, the problem is still unresolved. Even after rebooting Tata sky as told by the customer care center, the problem is still pending. Every time, I am calling the customer care, they are saying that keep the system on for 30 minutes, the problem will be resolved. But still the same issue is pending. Tata sky is continuously misleading wrong information. Such a third class experience Tata sky is providing to customers. Tata sky has not been updating me about my complaint and saying to call tomorrow and then again tomorrow. It’s really very pathetic to wait for such a long time.

Even about the complaints, Tata sky is not updating by SMS, mail or phone call.

Even  I have sent the mail to the nodal office, no action is taken by them.

Now I’m fed up with this kind of behavior that is not expected from such a reputable company. It has been 6 days and  my problem is not resolved yet ..
