I ordered food for my family, and after 1 Hour 30 Minutes i got a call from the delivery boy that i need to cancel the order. When i called the swiggy helpline they asked me to write an email and i will get any resolution for my problem after 24 hours. They promise on time gaurantee and i need strict action against them, the call center representative was too rude she asked me that i put your call on hold, i clearly said no but she put my call on hold.
