I placed 2 orders from Amazon and which were not compatible with me. I was trying to return it however not getting the option. now when I try to contact customer care I am not getting an option. so the only option I have is to contact prime support around 1:00 PM on 1st Feb thinking it is premium support Guy named Shakeel was very rude and he told me I can cancel my service when I told him I contact consumer court he said he will file a lawsuit against me.
