Hi Team,

My name is Naresh Krishna T and my Account# 94062613

From March 1^st 2019 I have been calling you customer care and speaking with the executives who are really sad is that few of them are pathetic. For so many days they told me that application is down keep calling us every 30 mins. Every 30 mins if I call they say another 30 mins. Server are down and call flow is high and other things. One more important thing is that the helpline is not good as we can’t hear anything and lines are very bad so much disturbance.

My issue is that I have a South Platinum package and every month I recharge Rs 550. From 1^st March I have getting many channels, after speaking to so many supervisors, one supervisor told me that we have to go to the website and activate the channels which I want according to the TRAI. I have logged in to the site and have activated the channels bur still not working. I have informed people and they say the same thing try once again and it should be activated in 1 hr of time but nothing has worked. So I am here now and wat to raise a serious complaint against everyone in the company for being so irresponsible all the time and maintaining such low standard of service where in the service should be at the top.
