Want to bring to your notice the bad standards of customer service that I’ve been experiencing since last 3 days
There was a software issue with the box which had been replaced and the technician Mr Gautam assured me he has taken care of it and it should be working fine. After he left the work order was closed without any intimation to me.
Both my TV was not working. He assured me that he will visit the next day to resolve it, since there wA no such thing happening i complained the next day.. at the helpline I was assured by a lady that I shall get a call by 2 hours and the same would be resolved.
Post no calls or visits I again called customer service and I was assured by the supervisor Mr Vijay Sonar at kolkata center that the query will be looked into with immediate effect.
I waited and all afternoon I kept getting calls from different numbers apparently some priority call center saying that the technician will reach any minute.
Meanwhile I got a text that the technician will visit between 4pm to 5.10pm.
Suddenly I get a call from the some call center saying that technician called my alternate number has confirmed that issue is resolved and is closing the call. When I demanded to know who had given such confirmation and call I was hung up on.
After which I have called the helpline again and been told that the issue will be taken care of and apparently they cannot check that who has called as its back end information. Mr Vijay Sonar refused to share any information and was only ” sorry and trying to resolve the issue at the earliest” … a jargon which is taught to all your employees with or without help.
After hanging up I have got a call from the call center saying ” madam koi aya nai kya? Accha mai technician bhej raa hun “and hung up on me even before I could say anything!!!!!
Is this the level of service I get after being a customer of yours since last 10 years.
Let me know if u can help otherwise i shall gladly change my connection to other provider.
And will ensure to share my lovely experience in a big way …
