i have a tata sky connection in my house. since last few days some of the channels of my package was not working. for which i tried to communicate tata sky customer care but they reluctant to give me fruitful answer to my queries and they shut the call. two days later i again tried to communicate the tata sky customer care through internet and chat with the customer executive asking my queries for the channels which are not telecast in my ID. the executive send a service personal to my home whereas i have not asked for it. he came and did nothing and charged me Rs. 100/- as service charges. i refused to pay him the service and why should i where i have not asked for any service. now they have deducted Rs.100/- from my tata sky ID account. my account was scheduled to recharge on 14/10/18 and its got deactivated today on 10/10/18. i think this dictatorship and stubbornly charging money and deducting from account.
