This was the mail I send them.
This is the 2nd email I am writing, I got a message today morning saying you guys tried to reach me. But I did not receive any call. What is this extremely poor service I am receiving. I called up Vodafone 198 to speak to some senior and you guys don’t even have a senior available. Even as of today my data is showing exhausted.
I did a Rs. 699 unlimited recharge on 8th September 2020 I downloaded multiple contents before 00:00hrs. And when I was supposed to get a daily data renewal at midnight, I didn’t receive it and within 45min I got a message saying my data is Zero I didn’t even use my phone at that time. I tried looking up my data usage in the VI app but the app is so useless now. My active plans is blank and I cannot access it. I called up 198 to complaint and Sayali said she has highlighted it. However, that is not enough for me I had to do an extra recharge for data after spending 700 rs, so now I want an extra 4gb which I deserve.
Yet again today as soon as it was 00:06hrs I got a message saying I have 400mb left Again! Where is my 4gb for these 2days?
They have no senior or any one to answer me regarding this.
