My name is vishwas n I’m Your Airtel dth customer of two customer id/connection
3040422372, 3028002153
I applied for airtel broadband in July this year for which I was told that you will get airtel dth connection free with broadband, which I accepted, after that airtel dth connection was installed but not broadband, I applied many times done but there was no hearing, and only dth connection continued for me, last week i applied to change my airtel dth 3040422372 connection to xstream box, For which I was told that you will get dth xstream box tomorrow for Rs 2699, But their tomorrow hasn’t come yet since, then till now I have got a call 10 times from airtel executive and every time it says that you will get it today but it has not happened yet, even today on 07 September 2021, I got a call many times since morning and said today it will be fixed, On calling in the evening, it is said that you will not be able to get it because that offer of 2699 which was told to you has expired, after that I applied to the customer number but did not get any response from there too, so bad of airtel Due to service and conduct, I am going to close both my dth connection, please your service and employee Improve s so that they do not make wrong commitments to the customer
