Today I ordered food from Zomato. These are the items I ordered
- Schezwan Chicken Fried rice
- Chilly Chicken
- Shanghai Chicken Fried Rice
All three items were worst. Let me explain
1. The first item didn’t look like Schezwan Chicken Fried rice, It was full of red chilly and too much of red coloring. Didn’t like it at all , I could hardly see chicken pieces in it.
2. They sent me gravy one, the Zomato app didn’t have option to select dry. Again this one was full of reddish sauce which is not healthy and no chicken pieces in it .
3. The third one , not sure how it will look like . I am ordering it first time. It was stale and no chicken pieces in it .
Overall I am completely dissatisfied. When I Chat with Zomato customer support and ask for refund they said they wont , that’s the worst from Zomato. They chat with me sometime and before I could disconnect, they disconnected on me. Worst customer service from Zomato.
Can anyone tell me how to get refund ? I spent about Rs.259 , but it got wasted.
