I ordered a saree from Instagram account ‘shop_now1’ a video was sent to me showing the kind of product i will receive. however the product was similar looking but cheap and low quality material not worth rs 2000 that i paid for it. when contacted seller for it they said its the same product and refused to replace with a better quality one nor a refund.
