I purchased ASICS Gel Upcourt shoes online from authorised dealer M/S Titus Sports Jaipur (https://www.titussports.co.in/ ) in Sept 2023 by paying Rs.4,000 . Within a few days, the sole came off. When I complained, they directed me to M/s Aisha Fashions, New Delhi. They agreed to a replacement, but I had to send the courier at my expense. Even the sole of the replaced shoe also came off in a few days. When I contacted M/s Titus Sports they said I needed to get in touch with Aisha Fashions. They said the shoe could be replaced only once. I am stuck with the bad product.
In between I contacted ASICS customer care. They said I have to talk only to M/S Titus Sports Jaipur and the company can’t help.
