Image Uploaded by Vidhyadhar:I had purchased Fruitri Dried fig with order number 405-5781673-5637159 in Amazon on 08/10/20. It was delivered on 09/10/20. I opened the packet and used a few figs. All the ones I ate were having bad taste and giving a feeling of bitterness in my mouth. I had to spit them out. I raised a complaint on Monday 20/10/20 stating this requesting for returns with refund. I was informed that it is not refundable as per Amazon policies.I sent 3 mails to Amazon with reasons for claiming refund. I get replies that it is being looked into and referred to concerned department without providing any solution.
