I have received bad quality product. They are selling fake copies of brand and do not return money

As per the request by customer we have refunded the full amount.
We know we have made a mistake & accepted it for the same.
We don’t make product in our house we actually trade it sometimes human error is possible. That’s why we have 7 day refund policy.
They are Fraud….don’t buy
